Stripes Conveniences Stores to present donation benefiting Seton Kids Care-a-Van
Stripes® Convenience Stores have announced the grand opening of the first Stripes Convenience Store in Burnet, Texas. The new Stripes store will host a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony beginning at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, at 2501 South Water Street in Burnet, Texas.
The grand opening celebration will be held in honor of Stripes customers and will showcase the many convenient and delicious foods available from the Laredo Taco Company® located in the new Stripes convenience store.
Stripes has selected the Seton Kids Care-a-Van as the beneficiary of a $1,000 donation, and Stripes will present a check for this generous gift to Seton representatives during the ceremonies.
The event will also recognize community and honorable area representatives. Special appearances include Burnet City Manager David Vaughn and the Stripes mascots as part of the grand opening celebration.
The community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from the Laredo Taco Company and Stripes convenience stores. Guests will also have the opportunity to win prizes from Stripes stores and participating vendors.
The new Stripes Convenience Store features the Laredo Taco Company, ten Stripes Branded Fuel options which include unleaded, unleaded plus, super, and a truck diesel station, a dining area which seats 24, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
The new Stripes store has added over 30 new jobs to the Burnet community.
