Seton Nurse Scholarship Endowment

The Seton Nurse Scholarship Endowment, established in 2005, helps Seton's nurses fund their continuing education and obtain advanced degrees in nursing. It also helps fund the education of Seton associates who are entering the nursing field--especially critical given the national nursing shortage. Recipients of these scholarships include single parents who are juggling the costs of raising children and basic life expenses (food, rent, mortgage) with their education.

Thanks to many generous donors--those in the community and Seton associates who give through the annual employee campaign--the endowment currently stands at $4.3 million--just shy of the $5 million goal.

You can help us reach our goal by creating a permanent, named endowment with a donation of $10,000 or more or donate any amount to this endowment and make a donation in honor or in memory of a loved one.

The Seton Fund will host the annual Nurse Scholarship Reception in September and will award scholarships of $2,500 each to 20 Seton associates.
